摘要：目前,我国经济快速发展,产业结构不断调整,分工越来越明确,应用型人才的培养具有很大的必要性和现实价值。本文介绍了当前我国应用型本科人才培养模式的特点以及发展中存在的一些问题,并针对这些问题在建立人才培养方案、改革实践教学模式、完善人才评估系统以及搭建地方院校人才培养特色等方面提出了几点反思。
At present, with China＇s economy developing increasingly and the industrial structure adjusting continually, the division of labor is more and more clear, thus the cultivation of applied talents is of great necessity and realistic value. This paper introduced the characteristics of the training mode of applied undergraduate talents in China now as well as some problems in its development. It puts forward some reflection on such problems as setting up the talent training scheme, reforming the practical teaching mode, perfecting the talent assessment system, and build talents training characteristics of local colleges and universities.
