摘要:通过铲磨后角误差的补偿计算,设计并制作了补偿修正的成型砂轮;采用粗精二次磨削工艺,成功解决了硬质合金后波刃铣刀的磨削的关键技术问题。现经测试表明:该方法制造的整体硬质合金波形刃铣刀,其切削性能达到了国外知名品牌的同类铣刀的实际水平。
The forming grinding wheel was designed and produced by calculation on the error compensation of relief ground a she, key grinding problems of solid hardmetal end milling cutter with waved edges have been successfully solved by two steps-rough grinding and finish grinding. The results from the cutting experiments show: the cutting performance of milling cutter which was made with this method has achieved the same level as overseas well-known brands" similar products.
