摘要：该文基于1999-2014年中国30个省域碳排放数据,采用静态与动态空间杜宾模型,对影响碳排放的关键因素进行了经验识别与相应的碳减排政策讨论。结果表明,产业结构合理化与碳排放之间存在正相关关系,而产业结构高级化与碳排放之间存在负相关关系,即产业结构合理化与高级化均对碳减排起到积极影响;碳排放存在空间溢出效应。因此,各省域在加快产业结构合理化与高级化进程的同时,也应该把加强区域碳减排合作提上日程。
According to the panel data of 30 provinces from 1999 to 2014, this paper uses static and dynamic spatial Durbin panel data model based on ML to empirically identify the key determinants of carbon emission and discuss the corresponding carbon emission reduction policies. The results show that, first, there is positive correlation between carbon emissions and rational structure of industry, but negative correlation between carbon emissions and advanced structure of industry. In other words, advanced and rational industrial structure hoth reduces carbon emissions simultaneously. There is also spatial spillover of carbon emission. Therefore, we should accelerate the rational and advanced process of China＇s industrial structure, and at the same time, strengthen cooperation among provinces.
