摘要：企业位势作为一种重要的战略性资产,对维持构建企业竞争优势非常关键。借助物理位势理论探究企业位势的来源与内涵,剖析企业规模、企业素质与市场导向是企业位势的驱动要素,探索性地从企业在网络中占据的结构位置所带来的结构优势与企业所拥有的技术优势两个维度构建企业位势的分类模型,将网络中的企业位势创新性地划分为非核心企业、弱核心企业、次核心企业及核心企业4类模式。在此基础上,全面演化4类企业间网络位势的转化路径,为研究网络组织中的企业位势提供新的理论视角与创新思路。
As an important strategic asset, the enterprise potential for the construction of enterprise competitive advantage is critical. By means of physical potential explores the enterprise potential source and connotation, deeply analyzes the enterprise scale, quality and market orientation are drive elements of the enterprise potential, exploratory from two dimensions of structure potential and technical superiority to build the classification model of enterprise potential, and the enterprise potential being novelty divided into non-core businesses, weak core enterprise, the core enterprise and the core enterprise and so on four kind of pattern. On this basis, the evolution of the four types of network potential conversion path between businesses, as a new theoretical perspective and the thinking way to study the potential enterprises.
