摘要:研制了一种精密模压用的高化学稳定性、低转变温度的磷酸盐玻璃 .通过测试不同温度下玻璃在不同 pH值的溶液中的失重速率研究了该玻璃的化学稳定性 .研究表明 ,玻璃的溶解机理可以分为 2类 :水化过程 (pH <5 )和水解过程 (pH >5 ) .水化过程的溶解活化能为 37.2kJ/mol,水解过程的溶解活化能为 6 0~ 80kJ/mol.
A new phosphate glass for high precision molding with low transition temperature Tg and good chemical durability has been developed.The chemical durability of this glass is studied by measuring the rates of weight loss in solutions with different pH values under different temperature.It is shown that the dissolution mechanism of the glass can be divided to two groups: the hydration process(pH<5) and the hydrolysis process(pH>5).The activation energy for dissolution of the hydration process is 37.2?kJ/...
