摘要：中国社会是熟人社会,社会关系网络在就业过程中所发挥的作用不容忽视,它将最终影响到就业的质量。实证结果表明,新生代农民工的社会资本存量匮乏,就业质量偏低,其中就业质量受社会网络阶层差异的影响最为显著。网络阶层分布越广,工作收入越高,工作满意度也越高,与雇主的心理契约达成状况亦更佳。此外,网络规模越大,工作满意度越高。而网络紧密度与工作收入、参保概率呈负相关。在此基础上,为提高新生代农民工个体社会资本存量,最大程度发挥社会资本的效用,笔者提出若干尝试性的建议。
Chinese society is a social acquaintance,so the role of social network in the course of employment can not be ignored;it will ultimately affect the quality of employment.Empirical results show that cenozoic migrant workers lack the social capital stock,the quality of employment is low,and the quality of employment is significantly affected by group differences in social networks.The more extensive distribution in network class,the higher income of work,the higher job satisfaction,and the better psychological contract with the employer.In addition,the larger the network,the higher job satisfaction.But the density of social network was negatively correlated with income and the probability of the insured.On this basis,in order to improve the social capital of cenozoic migrant workers and maximize the effectiveness of social capital,the author puts forward some tentative suggestions.
