摘要：民族地区搬迁移民内生动力的激发既是脱贫攻坚的重要成就,也是乡村振兴的关键所在。以云南省苗村为例,基于人与环境关系的视角,提出“帮扶性调适”概念,以期呈现脱贫期间移民内生动力激发的实践逻辑,并回应时代主题。移民内生动力激发属于多元主体帮扶下的自我调适。在新生活情境的压力下,移民恪守良知和获得荣耀性表现的需求凸显,激发了移民的脱贫意识。在外部主体帮扶下,移民破除思维局限,增进生产知识与技能,在增收致富中实现脱贫能力的提升。意识激发与能力提升标志着移民脱贫内生动力得以激发。因此,借助优秀传统文化和美好生活图景的推动作用,并通过多元主体实现精准帮扶,是激发民族地区搬迁移民内生动力的可行路径。
The stimulation of the endogenous motivation of the relocated people in ethnic areas is not only an important achievement in poverty alleviation,but also the key to rural revitalization.In this article,the authors take Hmong Village in Yunnan Province as the case,based on the perspective of the relationship between people and the environment,the concept of supporting adjustment is proposed,in order to present the practical logic stimulated by the endogenous power of migrants during poverty alleviation,and to respond to the theme of the times.The immigrant endogenous motivation is selfadjustment under the help of multiple subjects.Under the pressure of the new life,the need of immigrants to abide by their conscience and to obtain honourable performance is highlighted,which stimulates immigrants’awareness of poverty alleviation.With the help of external entities,migrants break through the limitations of thinking,improve production knowledge and skills,and improve their ability to get rid of poverty while adapting to the environment.Awareness arousal and ability improvement signify that the endogenous motivation of immigrants to get rid of poverty has been stimulated.Thus,with the promotion of excellent traditional culture and the vision of a better life,and achieving precise assistance through multiple subjects is a feasible path to stimulate the endogenous power of relocating people in ethnic areas.
