摘要:采用均匀沉淀法,以尿素与硝酸铜、硝酸铋反应制得CuO-Bi2O3粉体,研究了其对炔醛法合成1,4-丁炔二醇的催化性能。考察了催化剂用量、反应温度、乙炔空速、甲醛初始浓度以及反应时间等多种因素对反应的影响,实验结果表明,CuO-Bi2O3粉体对合成1,4-丁炔二醇具有较高催化活性,在实验优化条件下反应10 h,丁炔二醇的收率可达91.60%。
Urea used as precipitant agent reacted with soluble Cu^2+ and Bi^3+ salt to prepare CuO-Bi2O3 particles by homogeneous precipitation method. The catalytic activity for synthesis of 1,4-butynediol was studied. The influence of catalyst usage, reaction temperature, acetylene space velocity, formaldehyde initial concentration and reaction time on the production of butynediol were investigated. It founded that the CuO-Bi2O3 particles showed a good catalytic activity for the synthesis of 1,4-butynediol. The yield of butynediol could reach to 91.60 % while reacted for 10 h under optimum conditions.
