摘要:以罗通定为手性溶解剂 ,用核磁共振方法分析了几种外消旋羧酸。考察了化学计量比和浓度对化学位移不等价 (Δδ)的影响 ,并比较了在溶剂 CDCl3或 C6D6 中 ,作为羧酸用手性溶解剂罗通定和 (S) - (- ) - α-苯乙胺的效果。
Rotundine was used as chiral auxiliary for NMR analysis of racemic carboxylic acids and it turned out to be an effective chiral solvating agent(CSA).The effect of stoichiometry and concentration on the observed shift non equivalence was studied.The efficiency of rotundine and ( S) (-) α phenylethylamine as CaAs for the determination of the enantiomeric composition of carboxylic acids in the solvents of CDCl 3 and C 6D 6 was compared,respectively.
