摘要:NOVELTY - Method for preparing rare ginsenoside, involves placing hydrolyzed acid solution and ginseng medicinal material in an extraction device to obtain extract, conveying the extract into expanded bed column from up and down, absorbing target ingredient, reflowing remaining liquid into the extraction device, hydrolyzing protopanaxadiol and protopanaxan-type ginsenosides to the components of rare ginsenosides, continuously transferring to the resin inside the column bed, eluting, and delivering eluent from the top of the expansion bed to the cylinder of the expansion bed. USE - The method is useful for preparing rare ginsenoside (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method prepares rare ginsenosides having high conversion efficiency, is performed simply in a cost-effective manner and is suitable for industrial production. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Method for preparing rare ginsenoside, involves (a) placing hydrolyzed acid solution and ginseng medicinal material in an extraction device to obtain extract, (b) starting the pump after extracting for a period of time, conveying the extract into expanded bed column from up and down, absorbing target ingredient in the extract by macroporous resin, reflowing remaining liquid into the extraction device for continuous extraction and transformation, performing dynamic extraction, hydrolyzing protopanaxadiol and protopanaxan-type ginsenosides to the components of rare ginsenosides Rg3, Rg2, Rg5, Rh1 and Rh2 under the action of hydrolysis acid, and continuously transferring rare saponin components to the resin inside the column bed, (c) after the adsorption is complete, closing the extraction device, introducing eluent into the column of the expansion bed through the pump from top to bottom, and collecting eluent simultaneously, and (d) after completion of the elution, delivering another eluent from the top of the expansion bed to the cylinder of the expansion bed by the pump to complete the regeneration process of the column.
