摘要:采用管式炉与模拟垃圾,考察CaO、SiO2和Al2O3三种氧化物在不同的质量分数与温度条件下对焚烧过程中Pb迁移分布的影响,采用ICP-AES测量反应后Pb的质量浓度,HSC Chemistry软件模拟反应的微观进程。结果表明:焚烧温度600~900℃内,Al2O3对Pb没有化学吸附效果,SiO2和CaO均能使Pb更易迁移至底灰中;但温度高于750℃时CaO对Pb的迁移分布没有明显的影响。在相同的焚烧温度和添加量下,三种氧化物对Pb的吸附效果为SiO2>CaO>Al2O3,但吸附能力随着温度的升高均逐渐减弱。热力学平衡模型也验证了这一结果。
The effect of CaO,SiO2 and Al2O3 oxides on Pb migration distribution during combustion and burning was investigated under different mass fractions and temperature conditions by using tube furnace and simulated garbage.The concentration of Pb after reaction was measured by ICP-AES and the microscopic process of reaction was simulated by HSC Chemical software.The results showed that Al2O3 has no chemical adsorption effect on Pb at incineration temperature between 600℃and 900℃,while both SiO2 and CaO can make Pb migrate to the bottom ash more easily.However,when the temperature is above 750℃,CaO has no obvious influence on the migration distribution of Pb.Under same incineration temperature and addition amount,the adsorption effect of three oxides on Pb is SiO2>CaO>Al2O3,but the adsorption capacity gradually decreases with the rising of temperature.The thermodynamic equilibrium model also validated this result.
