摘要:NOVELTY - Preparing hydrogel involves mixing the precursor and the aqueous collagen solution and then bi-crosslinking the mixture through enzyme pre-crosslinking and physical crosslinking, where the precursor is an aqueous solution of 5-12 wt.% chitosan, 3-9 wt.% tyrosinase and 3-10 wt.% hyaluronic acid. USE - Method for preparing hydrogel used for preparing artificial skin, which is used for cell growth and encapsulation of cell (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method enables to prepare hydrogel, that helps preparing artificial skin with mechanical properties similar to human skin, repairs and regenerates skin tissue. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for method for artificial skin preparation, which involves: (A) preparing a hydrogel and building a cortex using three-dimensional printing technology; (B) carrying out ultrasonic atomization of a glutaraldehyde solution or an N-hydroxysuccinimide solution for crosslinking the skin layer constructed; and (C) repeating the steps to obtain a multi-layer artificial skin.
