摘要:分别以纯丙乳液、硅丙乳液和氨基功能性单体改性的硅丙乳液为基料,多聚磷酸铵(APP)、季戊四醇(PER)、三聚氰胺(MEL)为膨胀体系,钛白粉为无机填料,制备水性防火涂料A、B、C,比较了3种涂料的理化性能和防火性能。结果表明,防火涂料A的膨胀高度和发泡效果较佳,但其燃烧炭层比较疏松;防火涂料B和C有优异的理化性能;防火涂料C的燃烧炭层呈"蜂窝"状,其耐火时间为72min,比防火涂料A、B分别长18和9min。其主要热分解温度峰值比防火涂料A高13.8°C。
The water based ultra-thin intumescent fireproof coatings A, B and C were prepared respectively with acrylic emulsion, silicone modified acrylic emulsion and amino functionalized/silicone modified acrylic emulsion as binders, ammonium polyphosphate (APP), melamine (MEL) and pentaerythritol (PER) as flame retardant system and titanium dioxide as pigment and filler. The physical and chemical properties and fireproof performance of the three coatings were compared. Results indicated that the expandable height and the foaming effect of the fireproof coating A is good, but the carbon coating after burning is loose; the fireproof coatings B and C have excellent physical and chemical properties; the carbon coating after burning of the fireproof coating C presents a "honeycomb" structure, with its fire resistant time of 72 min, an increase of 18 and 9 rain as compared with the fireproof coatings A and B and the peak value of main thermal degradation temperature 13.8℃ higher than that of the fireproof coating A.
