摘要:生成式人工智能(AIGC)的迅猛发展为城市更新背景下的建筑设计教育提供了全新机遇。本研究在梳理生成式人工智能发展历程与应用场景的基础上,构建了AIGC介入城市更新视角下建筑设计全过程的教学框架,涵盖场地调研、案例库构建、设计理念生成、方案迭代优化与最终方案形成;并以建筑设计课程中上海市闵行区浦江镇建东村民宿改造实践为例,探索AIGC在教学中的应用路径。首先,借助无人机航拍、全景相机扫描等技术进行场地勘测,随后结合语言大模型ChatGPT辅助生成设计理念,并利用图像生成大模型Stable Diffusion,通过提示词提炼、LoRA模型和ControlNet技术,实现从概念推导到方案优化的智能协同设计流程,帮助学生完成设计方案的多样化表达。研究打破传统教学方法的局限,推动建筑设计教学进入智能化与创新并重的新阶段,构建了“教师—AI—学生”的人机协同交互式创新教学范式和“AI+Design”的新型设计科学方法。
The rapid development of Artificial Intelligence Generated Content(AIGC)presents new opportunities for architectural design education,particularly within the context of urban regeneration.This study constructs a comprehensive teaching framework for architectural design processes that integrates AIGC,covering site investigation,case study,concept generation,design optimization,and final design development.This study uses the renovation of a rural homestay in Jiandong Village,Pujiang Town,Minhang District,Shanghai,as a case within an architectural design course to explore the practical applications of AIGC in teaching.Firstly,technologies such as drone aerial photography and panoramic camera scanning are used for site investigation.Secondly,the image generation model Stable Diffusion,combined with prompt engineering,LoRA models and ControlNet,is used to establish an intelligent collaborative design workflow,enabling the transition from conceptual derivation to design optimization and facilitating the diversified expression of student design proposals.This study breaks the limitations of traditional teaching methods,propelling a new stage emphasizing both intelligence and innovation.It also establishes an interactive,innovative teaching paradigm of“Teacher—AI—Student”and a new design methodology of“AI+Design.”
