摘要:采用玻璃纤维短切毡、方格布与乙烯基树脂复合制备了层合板,设计了不同铺层结构,结合燃煤电厂实际工况温度,在85,105,120, 135,180℃下对试样进行了弯曲性能测试,并结合动态热力学性能测试验证了材料的适用温度范围。结果表明,持久态工况温度应低于树脂热变形温度20℃以下,偶然态工况温度不应超过树脂玻璃化转变温度,手糊接口的铺层宜采用短切毡/方格布交替的铺层结构。
The laminated plates were prepared by compounding with glass fiber chopped strand mat ,woven roving and vinyl resin and the different layup structures were designed.Combined with the actual working temperature of coal-fired power plants,the flexural properties of specimens were tested at 85 ,105,120,135 and 180 ℃,combined with dynamic thermodynamic performance test,the applicable temperature range of the materials was verified.The results showed that the persistent operating temperature should be lower than the thermal deformation temperature of the resin 20 ℃.The accidental working temperature should not exceed the glass transition temperature of the resin.The layup structure of the hand paste interface should be alternated chopped strand mat and woven roving.
