摘要：教师队伍建设是高等学校改革和发展的核心任务之一。当前,教师队伍建设存在重引进轻培育、重业绩轻育人、重经历轻师德等诸多问题。为适应世界一流大学和一流学科建设的需要,高校必须加强师德引领,不断深化人事制度改革,重视青年人才的职业发展,全方位、多举措提升教师队伍整体水平。
The construction of faculty is one of the core tasks of the reform and development of universities.Currently,there are many problems in the construction of faculty,such as focusing on recruitment while disregarding development,focusing on research accomplishment while disregarding teaching accomplishment,focusing on experience while disregarding ethics.In order to meet the requirements of first-class universities and disciplines,we must strengthen the guidance of teachers'ethics,continuously deepen the reform of personnel system,attach importance to the career promotion of young talents,and enhance the overall level of faculty in a comprehensive and multi-initiative manner.
