摘要:NOVELTY - The utility model claims a radiation environment monitoring based on digital multi-channel pulse amplitude analyzing device, comprising a radiation detector, the radiation detector is connected with amplifying circuit, the amplifying circuit is connected with the main amplifying circuit. the main amplifying circuit is connected with the AD converting module, the AD conversion module comprises a AD9255BCPZ-105 chip and a EP3C40Q240C8N type FPGA chip, said EP3C40Q240C8N chip is connected with the MCU via the SPI bus. the MCU is microcontroller-embedded 32-bit ARM core, said MCU is connected with PC machine by USB bus, said radiation detector adopts high pressure module power supply. the high voltage module 500V to 1500V using an adjustable voltage source, adjusting control end of the high voltage module is connected with the MCU, with parallel processing capability of the FPGA chip to realize the amplitude value of the received and logical operation processing and extracting pulse of the high speed data and multi-channel spectrometer data analysis capability.
