摘要:采用仪器分析了官能基聚硅氧烷的柔软性,并探讨了相关的影响因素.结果表明:聚硅氧烷的玻璃化温度Tg 可影响硅膜的柔性,但对室温下聚硅氧烷的柔软效果无影响;聚硅氧烷在纤维表面的吸附量及其对纤维束的松散作用可影响整理效果。
Softening properties and corresponding effecting factors of different functional polysiloxanes have been studied using analytical instruments. The results indicated that Tg of polysiloxanes affects the flexibility of its film, but exerts no influence on the softness of the polysiloxanes at room temperature. The adsorption volume on fiber surface and the fluffing effect to fiber bundles of the polysiloxanes may influence the finishing effect and lead to differences in softness of polysiloxanes to a certain extent.
