摘要:通过对乙苯脱氢氧化新工艺的过程分析,对氢氧化反应器的开发研究可进行必要的简化。对影响氧化反应结果的工艺及工程因素进行了实验考察,为氢氧化反应器的开发提供了依据和必要的数据。
On the basis of theoretical analysis of the oxidative dehydrogenation of ethylbenzene,the de- velopment work of the new process can be simplified.Various factors influencing the conversion and the selectivity were investigated by experiments.The results showed that. (1)In a certain range,the selectivity of H_2 combustion is basically unaffected by the composi- tion of the aromatic feed and water/hydrocarbon ratio. (2)There exists a relevant range of space velocity.Above which the residual O_2 concentration in the exit gas will be too high so that deactivation will occur for the dehydrogenation catalyst,and (3)O_2/H_2 ratio has a definite effect on the selectivity of hydrogen oxidation.A relevant value of O_2/H_2 is 0.3.
