摘要：冷战结束以来,中美两国在核能、核不扩散、核裁军与战略核力量等领域的核关系得到发展,核关系成为两国联系的纽带。追求战略稳定与平衡是两国核关系的焦点。美国的导弹防御和太空武器化政策,影响着中国核裁军与战略核力量的现代化。美国需要理解中国在战略核力量上一定程度的模糊性,不可能做到美国所认可的透明度。虽然两国在不首先使用核武器政策上存在分歧,在防扩散领域缺乏互信,且在防扩散手段上存在差异,但是两国在核能、防核扩散、"零核"理念等领域的合作有着广阔的前景。
Since the end of the Cold War,nuclear relationship between China and the United States has forged ahead,especially on issues like nuclear energy,nuclear non-proliferation,nuclear disarmament and strategic nuclear forces.Nuclear relationship has become ties bringing the two countries together.The pursuit of strategic balance and stability is the focus of nuclear relationship between China and the U.S.The U.S.missile defense and policies of space weaponization affect China's nuclear disarmament and the modernization of strategic nuclear forces.The United States needs to understand China's ambiguity on its strategic nuclear force.It is impossible for China to have the kind of transparency the U.S.desires.Though there is dispute on no-first use policy between China and USA,lack of trust in the field of non-proliferation,and difference on the measures of achieving non-proliferation,there are wide cooperation prospects in some areas,including nuclear energy,non-proliferation and the idea of 'zero-nuclear weapons'.
