摘要：对教育教学质量实施监控的有效手段是进行教学评估。教学评估的导向、诊断作用推进了远程教育的健康发展。本文认为,要构建适合我国特色的远程教育的质量控制体系,还应就其操作性、动态指性、过程考核等因素加以考虑。
One of the effective measures of monitoring quality of education and teaching is evaluation, which promotes the healthy development because of its guidance and diagnosis function. This paper mainly states the importance of considering the feasibility and dynamic state index and process evaluation to build up the quality control of distance education system.
