摘要:预测套管的挤毁失效压力一直是管柱力学研究的热点,针对这一问题,利用在套管外壁粘贴应变片的方法,研究了套管挤毁失效过程中的应变情况。同时,在考虑套管残余应力、几何缺陷等因素的条件下,建立了预测套管挤毁失效压力的有限元模型,并根据试验结果对模型进行了修正。利用该修正的有限元模型,计算了套管的挤毁压力。试验结果和有限元分析结果表明,该模型具有较高的计算精度,可以用来计算套管的挤毁失效压力。
How to predict the collapse strength of casing is a hotpot in the research of pipe strings mechanics.Casing deformation has been investigated by gluing strain-gauge on casing ektexine.A finite element model of casing collapse,which can predict the collapse strength,contains the effects of residual stress and geometric imperfections.The model has been modified by many experiments.A series of experimental data has been calculated by using the proposed finite element model.According to the experimental data and the finite element analysis,the finite element model of casing collapse can accurately predict the ultimate collapse strength of casing.
