摘要：目的:制定统一的中医心系问诊信息调查量表,利用量表采集1160例心系临床患者的问诊信息,用频次分析及聚类分析两种方法对所搜集的问诊信息进行分析,探讨心系疾病的中医问诊信息组合规律。结果:心系疾病问诊信息的出现具有一定的规律性,该规律性与中医辨证理论基本一致。症状组合规律和中医辨证密切相关,对证候分类有重要的指导意义,可从症状的规律性角度探索中医辨证的内涵。
The study formulate the same investigation meter about TCM injury material of heart system disease, unifieal investigation meter and Collect their injury material on 1160 patients with heart system disease, analyse their characteristic through cluster and frequency analysis based it, Discuss the combination rule about injury symptoms of heart system disease. The result Confirmates, the characteristic of TCM injury symptom of heart system disease is obvious. The charaeteritie is consistent with the theory of TCM. The rule of symptom combination is related with syndrome differentiation of TCM, and it is important guidance on classification of syndrome. It is possible to explore the connotation of syndrome differentiation on the rule of symptom combination.
