摘要：兼并、收购与整合不仅是我国证券公司发展壮大的需要,更是我国证券公司生存的需要。本文首先分析了我国证券公司发展的特点和发展现状,总结了我国证券公司并购与整合的必要性,并提出了相应的措施与对策。
M＆As are not only required by the development of security corporations of our country, but also required by the survival of security corporations of our country, This paper analyses status tlUO of the development of security corporations of our country at first, and then summarizes the necessary of M＆A of security corporations of our country. At last, some measures and countermeasures are put forward.
