摘要:目的:讨论光电寸口六部脉的特征参数,进行脉诊客观化研究。方法:使用开发的多通道脉搏采集设备,配置光电传感器采集了36名大学生的寸口六部光电容积脉搏信号,信号经算法滤波处理后对信号进行分割,获取信号单周期图。基于Womersley理论将单周期图进行谐波分解,并对参数进行分析。结果:六部寸口脉特征信息完整,各部参数趋于一致,但又各有区别。对于人工分类的两组信号,该方法的特征参数仅在右手关部差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),印证了人体瘦弱与右关位所属的脾胃相关的说法。结论:光电容积脉搏信号包含丰富信息,可用于寸口六部脉搏信号的检测;研究中使用的Improved CEEMDAN算法在脉搏信号处理中效果显著;本研究使用的脉搏信号谐波分解对寸口分候脏腑客观化研究提供了新的方案。
Objective: To objective study the pulse taking by Cun-Kou six-pulse diagram. Methods: The multi-channel pulse acquisition device was used to record Cun-Kou six-pulse diagram of 36 college students by photoelectric sensor. The recordings were denoised with improved complete ensemble empirical mode decomposition with adaptive noise(Improved CEEMDAN) and segmented into single-cycle diagram. The processed diagrams were decomposed to harmonic wave, according to Womersley theory. Results: On the basis of analysis of features, each region showed analogical characteristics with little deviation. The diagrams were divided into two categories. The proposed features only showed differences in Guan region on right hand(P0.05). It confirmed that lean people should pay more attention to their spleen and stomach. Conclusion: The improved CEEMDAN algorithm had a significant effect on pulse signal processing. Photoplethysmography contained resourceful information, which could be used to detect Cun-Kou six-pulse diagram, the proposed harmonic decomposition provided a series of parameters for the theory of Cun-Kou sub-designated zang-fu viscera.
