摘要:用非等温差示扫描量热法(DSC),结合不同粒度试样的热分析数据与X射线衍射图,提出了NH_4HCO_3热分解反应属于相界面反应控制的机制及其动力学方程的表达式,即d α/dt=Aexp(-E/RT)(1-α)~n,n=2~3。取n=2时,反应表观活化能E=90.6kJ·mol^(-1),频率因子A=8.65×10~9S^(-1),两者补偿关系为1nA=0.362 E-9.90。正交设计的统计分析表明:在热分析中,升温速率与试样粒度是对表观活化能影响的主要因素,其置信度达到99%;试样质量影响相对较小,其置信度为95%;三因素间的各交互作用影响都比实验误差小,它们之间不表现出联合效应。
The kinetics of the thermal decomposition of NH_4HCO_3 was studided by no-nisothermal differential scanning calorimetry. This reaction is regulated by phase boundary reaction R mechanism. The kinetics differential equation can be expressed as da)dt=A exp (-E/RT) (1-α)^(1/n)=2~3. The apparent activation energy and frequency factor A have been determined. The interdependence between them at n=2 is expressed as a compensation equation In A=0.362 E-9.90. The validity of R mechanism may be confirmed by expe-riments with different particle size and X ray diffraction pattern.Statistical analysis of orthogonal design was done for each experimental factor and its interaction. It is found that E (or A) showed a systemaiic decrease with increase in either heating rate or sample mass and particle size. Confidence levels of the effect of heating rate and particle size are above 99%, as to the sample mass, it is above 95%. There is no inter-action effect between them.
