摘要:NOVELTY - Preparing spherical mesoporous carbon involves using commercial diluted water glass concentration is 3-10wt%, passed through cation exchange resin column to obtain active silicic acid solution. Sodium hydroxide solution is adjusted the pH at 9-9.5, silica sol is obtained by thermostat hydrolysis after desired particle size is obtained, and further concentration of alkaline silicon dioxide nano sol is concentrated at 30wt%. USE - Method for preparing spherical mesoporous carbon for blood purification (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method enables to prepare spherical mesoporous carbon for blood purification which has low production cost, simple conditions, easy to operate, good sphericity, particle size control, rich pore structure, smooth surface, high strength, low ash, high resistance, and blood compatibility. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparing spherical mesoporous carbon involves using commercial diluted water glass concentration is 3-10wt%, passed through cation exchange resin column to obtain active silicic acid solution. Sodium hydroxide solution is adjusted the pH at 9-9.5, silica sol is obtained by thermostat hydrolysis after desired particle size is obtained, and further concentration of alkaline silicon dioxide nano sol is concentrated at 30wt%. Alkaline silicon dioxide nano-particles sol is added into resorcinol-formaldehyde, evenly mixed into reactive monomer and controlled at 40-70 degrees C under polymerization for 10-80 minutes. Formation of organic-inorganic gel, dispersed phase is added, stirred into ball, at 60-85 degrees C to obtain spherical composite hydrogel. Clean spherical composite hydrogel is separated, and then dried to obtain spherical composite dry atmospheric gel, under protection of inert gas, carbonization at 700-900 degrees C for 1-5 hours, to obtain spherical carbon-silicon air gel composite. Spherical carbon-silicon composite air gel is immersed in sodium hydroxide solution for 1-3 days, and then washed with deionized water to neutral, purified blood is obtained by spherical mesoporous carbon.
