摘要:NOVELTY - The nozzle has a nozzle body provided with a straight-section throat pipe. An end of the straight-section throat pipe pointing to a rubber liquid jet direction forms a diffusion spraying head. A side face of the nozzle body is provided with a water inlet pipe that is connected with the straight-section throat pipe. A rubber liquid inlet joint is inserted into the straight-section throat pipe. The rubber liquid inlet joint is in threaded connection with the nozzle body. An annular flange supports an end face opposite to the straight-section throat pipe. USE - Jet flow nozzle for condensation devolatilization of a synthetic rubber. ADVANTAGE - The nozzle cuts and disperses the rubber liquid not jetting in a condensation kettle in the jet flow nozzle and generates the condensation devolatilization, thus finishing the synthetic rubber post-processing process in the kettle of the jet flow nozzle. The strong cutting function of the high-speed stream reduces the grain size of the synthetic rubber grain, thus improving the condensation effect of the grain and the devolatilization of the solvent. The nozzle is simple in structure and convenient to operate, and has reduced production cost, reduced device investment and reduced operating cost.
