摘要:以光学活性苯乙胺(PEA)为拆分剂,在甲醇、乙醇和异丙醇溶液中,考察不同原料配比下D,L-2-(4-氯苯基)-3-甲基丁酸(CPA)的手性拆分效果,确定了最佳的拆分条件,用1H-NMR表征了产物的结构特征。结果表明:以φ=0.70的乙醇溶液为溶剂,nCPA∶nPEA=1∶0.7,进行非对映体盐法拆分,产物(S)-(+)-2-(4-氯苯基)-3-甲基丁酸[(S)-(+)-CPA]的收率达到68.0%,光学纯度达到97.6%。
Resolution of D,L-2-(4-Chlorophenyl)-3-methylbutyl acid by optically active phenethy lamine was studied. The effect of chiral resolution was researched in methanol, ethanol, isopropanol sol vent and at different mole ratio of CPA to PEA. The result shows that using φ=0.7 ethanol-water sol vent, the mole ratio of CPA to PEA is 1 : 0.7, the yield of(S)-(+)-CPA is 68.0% and the optical purity reaches to 97.6%. The structure of the product was characterized by ^1H -NMR.
