摘要：新冠肺炎疫情期间,信息社会防范化解重大风险面临严峻挑战。本文基于风险的社会放大框架探究社会工作介入路径,科学有效引导风险感知。研究采用网络问卷调查法,分析风险信息传递机制和社会反应机制,发现:媒体暴露对新媒体使用群体的风险感知具有显著的放大作用;价值观、污名化和社会信任对个体的风险感知也具有显著的影响。由此提出建立健全重大疫情网络舆情社会工作应急响应机制以及基于风险沟通的社会互信与价值引导机制,以期增强重大社会灾难的风险抵御能力与社会工作干预效能。
The COVID-19 epidemic has brought serious challenges to fend off and defuse major risks in the information society.This article aims to explore the intervention paths of social work based on the social amplification of risks framework(SARF),in order to scientifically and effectively guide risk perception.By using the online questionnaire survey method to analyze the risk information flow mechanism and social response mechanism,it is found that media exposure has a significant amplifying effect on the risk perception of new media users;heuristics and values,stigma and social trust also have a significant effect on individual risk perception.Therefore,we propose:establish and improve the social work emergency-response mechanism for online public opinion during major social crisis;establish and improve the social mutual trust and value guidance mechanism based on risk communication;enhance the resilience mechanism as well as effectiveness of social work intervention.
