摘要:输送带连接接头处是钢绳芯带式输送机安全生产必须监测的重点部位。设计一种改进的接头监测系统,可以精确判断接头类型,分析搭接长度、绳头位置、接头抽动和错位等接头质量问题。在全载和全速运行状态下可通过计算机远程图形显示接头状态的监测结果,对钢绳芯输送带的高效运行和维护具有重要意义。
The connection point of the conveyor belt is the key location to be monitored and measured for the safety production of the steel cable belt conveyor. An improved connector monitoring and measuring system designed could accurately judge the connector type and ana- lyze the connected length, steel cable end location, connector drawing, dislocation and other connection quality problems. Under the full loaded and full speed running status of the belt conveyor, the computer remote picture could display the monitoring and measuring results of the belt connecter status, which could have an important meaning to the high efficient operation and maintenance of the steel cable belt.
