摘要:目的:测定和比较一年期和二年期生长的人工种植唐古特大黄中游离和结合型蒽醌类成分的变化。方法:利用HPLC和UV法测定大黄中芦荟大黄素、大黄酸、大黄素、大黄酚和大黄素甲醚和总蒽醌含量,并与市售成品进行比较。结果:研究显示,生长期从一年增加到二年间,蒽醌类成分随着时间的增加有所增加;大黑沟种植的一年期大黄中游离大黄素甲醚含量已接近市售成品大黄的含量;大黑沟和群加种植的一年期大黄中结合大黄酸的含量均高于市售成品大黄的含量。结论:研究结果可为一年期人工种植唐吉特大黄资源开发,可望取代野生唐吉特大黄提供依据。
AIM:To assay and compare contents of anthraquinones between annual and biennial cultivated Rheum tanguticum from Qinghai Province.METHODS: The free five anthraquinone contents,including aloe-emo-din,rhein,emodin,chrysophanol and physcion,and the total anthraquinone contents in cultivated Rheum tangutic-um and pheum tinguticum on the market were analyzed using C18 RP-HPLC and UV spectrophotometer,respective-ly.RESULTS: The results showed that the contents of either five free anthraquinones or the combined ones were increased with the increase in the growth period.The physcion content in annual cultivated Rheum tanguticumgrowing in Daheigou was close to the one on the market,and the rhein content in annual cultivated Rheum tangutic-um growing both in Daheigou and Qunjia was more than the one on the market.CONCLUSION:Providing datafor the use of annual cultivated Rheum tanguticum to replace the wild one.
