摘要:随着中国制造业向智能化转型的推进,工业机器人的培训需求快速增长。对于工业机器人企业而言,如何选择科学且高效的培训方式,以最大化企业和客户的效用,显得尤为关键。针对此问题,本文采用了期望效用理论,构建了成本-效用分析模型,并基于三种不同的培训模式,即完全收费培训、部分收费培训和完全免费培训,进行蒙特卡洛模拟分析,以此对比分析3年投资期内这三种培训方式的投资效用成本比。结果表明:在培训人次均匀分配的情况下,投资线下培训时,自建培训中心相比租赁第三方培训中心的投资价值更高;投资线上培训时,租赁学习平台相比自建学习平台的投资价值更高;当市场规模不超过4000人时,培训人次越多,线上培训和VR互动培训的投资价值越高。
As China's manufacturing industry advances towards intelligent transformation,the demand for industrial robot training has seen rapid growth.For enterprises specializing in industrial robot training,selecting a scientific and efficient training method to maximize the utility for both the enterprise and its clients is crucial.To address this issue,the expected utility theory was adopted,and a cost-utility analysis model was constructed.Monte Carlo simulations were conducted based on three different training models:fully charged training,partially charged training,and entirely free training,to compare the investment utility cost ratio of these three training methods over a three-year investment period.The results indicate that,under the condition of evenly distributed training sessions,investing in offline training yields a higher investment value for self-built training centers compared to renting third-party training centers.In contrast,for online training,renting learning platforms has a higher investment value than building them.Additionally,when the market size does not exceed 4 oo people,the more trainees,the higher the investment value of online training and VR interactive training.
