摘要:研究了溶氧与磷酸盐对庆大霉素合成与分泌的影响。在摇瓶实验中不同的装液量对庆大霉素的效价与分泌率都有显著的影响 ,在发酵罐上控制溶氧水平在 40 %左右有利于庆大霉素合成与分泌。添加一定浓度的磷酸盐对菌体生长有利 ,但却抑制庆大霉素的合成与分泌 ,当磷酸盐浓度高于 0 .0 5 %时 ,次级代谢基本被抑制。
Effect of dissolved oxygen and phosphate on the synthesis and secretion of gentmicin (GM) were studied In flask fermentation, the influence of different cultrue volume on the synthesis and secretion of GM was significant. Results showed that the synthesis and secretion of GM increased when DO was 40%. Low concentration of phosphate can facilitate growth of mycelium, but the synthesis and secretion of GM were restrained when concentration of phosphate was hligher than 0.05%.
