摘要：社会工作者的实务工作近年来延伸到儿科领域内。由于儿科医患矛盾预测和预防的实证研究比较匮乏,实务工作进展缓慢。通过整合国内外儿童病患家庭困境的研究成果、家庭功能理论、国外医务社会工作经验和社会工作职业伦理,本文提出以儿童病患家庭面临的困境、外部支持、家庭特征、家庭功能和家长精神健康情况来预测医患矛盾。
bPreventing doctor-patient conflicts is one of the priorities of social workers who work in pediatric field. Empirical research is needed to guide evidence-based social work practice,and this study proposes a predicting model based on research on families with children of chronic illness,experience of pediatric social work practice and social work values. Doctor-patient conflicts could be the result of difficulties and support experienced by families,family functioning and parents＇ mental health. Social workers may help preventing doctor-patient conflict by address problems at family level in their practice. Future research is also needed to verify and modify this model.
