摘要:用JSR树脂固化仪和FT-IR跟踪研究了活性增韧剂聚醚多胺(PPA)添加到双酚A型环氧树脂/二乙烯三胺固化体系中的固化反应过程;考查了不同固化反应条件对环氧基转化率及固化环氧树脂剪切扭矩的影响。结果表明,在固化反应初期,环氧基转化率与反应时间呈近似的线性关系;环氧树脂固化凝胶时间t10对应环氧基转化率α10和实际凝胶时间tg所对应环氧基转化率αg均在50%左右。添加适量的PPA后,α10增大至80%以上,已不能作为凝胶点的判断依据。此外,固化反应过程中出现相分离行为,分相点时间总大于实际的凝胶时间。
The reaction kinetics of epoxy resin cured with diethyl triamine containing a series of new active toughening agents, e.g., polypropoxyl polyamine (PPA) was monitored by means of FT IR and JSR II curoelastomer, respectively. The experimental data showed that an almost linear relation between the epoxide conversion and reaction time was observed at early stage; gel time t 10 measured from JSR II curoelastomer was more than that of t g (true gel time), and the epoxide conversion α 10 at t 10 measured from FT IR was greater than 0.5(around 0.8). So it is no base that t 10 is regarded as gel time especially after addition of PPA. The onset time of phase seperation was always longer than t g.
