摘要：NOVELTY - The device has a detecting mechanism detecting internal quality of a welding line vortex signal probe. The vortex signal probe is provided with a magnetic core and a magnetic coil. The magnetic coil is wound on the magnetic core. An end of the magnetic core is connected with a coil part of the eddy current signal joint. A welding line detecting unit is connected with the detecting mechanism for detecting surface quality of the vortex signal probe. An end of the probe is connected a video signal sensor. The video signal sensor is arranged at an outer side of an anti-interference cover. USE - Welding seam detecting device. ADVANTAGE - The device has prolonged service life, and improves welding line detecting precision and accuracy and effectively prevents dust from entering into the detecting mechanism. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are also included for the following: (1) a welding seam detecting system (2) a welding seam detecting method.
