摘要：华东理工大学化学工程与工艺专业荣获2007年全国教育系统先进集体荣誉称号,被列入高等教育质量工程的国家级教学团队和第一类特色专业建设点。本文论述了教学团队建设在专业建设中的重要地位,阐述了当前工科专业教师队伍的特点,提出了专业教学团队建设的目标,介绍了华东理工大学化学工程与工艺专业加强师资队伍建设的措施与成效。
East China University of Science and Technology was honored with the title of advanced group in the national education system in 2007 for its professionals in Chemical Engineering and Technology, and has become one of the national teaching-teams of higher education-level and one site of the first category of specialties in the construction projects of higher education-level. The present paper states the im portance of teaching team-building in the specialty construction and describes the characteristics of engineering professional teachers in the beginning, then proposes the objectives of professional teaching teambuilding. In the end, it introduces the measurements for strengthening teaching force in this field and effectiveness achieved.
