摘要：定义了信息系统的用户支持性，并据此将信息集成方式分成面向业务过程和面向用户群两类。通过对这两种信息集成方式的分析与比较，提出了面向用户群的信息系统解决方案，并介绍了采用此解决方案的一个应用实例。
In this paper, the feature of information system that describes the extent of support for user is defined and information integration modes are classfied into tow categories according to the definition. They are business-oriened and usegroup-oriened information integration mode. Based on analysing and comparing them, the usergroup-oriened applied schemes are presented and a real example is discussed.
