摘要:本研究开发了一种循环萃取耦合电解策略,通过阳极氧化苯酚生成对苯醌,经氯苯萃取后阴极还原,实现高浓度对苯二酚的绿色合成.在优化后的电解参数条件下,对苯二酚总产率为68.03%,氯苯作为萃取剂可兼顾对苯醌的高效分离和电解液的可循环使用,阳极液循环使用5次后,对苯醌产率保持73%左右,阴极液循环使用4次后,对苯二酚浓度提高了4.6倍,由4.68 g/L提升至21.51 g/L.该方法保证了阴、阳极液的可循环使用性,并制得了高浓度对苯二酚,为对苯二酚绿色合成提供了工业化可行方案.
A cyclic extraction-coupled electrolysis strategy was developed for the green synthesis of high-concentration hydroquinone(HQ).p-Benzoquinone(BQ)was first generated via anodic oxidation of phenol,subsequently extracted by chlorobenzene,and finally reduced at the cathode.Under the optimized electrolytic parameters,the total yield of hydroquinone was 68.03%.Chlorobenzene,as the extractant,could balance the efficient separation of p-benzoquinone and the recyclability of the electrolyte.After the anode liquid was recycled 5 times,the yield of p-benzoquinone remained at about 73%,and after the cathode liquid was recycled 4 times,the concentration of hydroquinone increased by 4.6 times.It increased from 4.68 g/L to 21.51 g/L.This method ensures the recyclability of both anodic and cathodic electrolytes while achieving a high hydroquinone concentration,thereby offering an industrially feasible approach for the green synthesis of hydroquinone.
