摘要:通过分光光度计测定稀释后下层乳液的浊度随搅拌时间的变化关系,直接表征了乳液的形成和破坏过程,得到了浊度与分散相(油相)体积分数之间的线性关系,阐明了浊度随搅拌时间的变化原因,并从理论上进行了解释。采用该方法分别考察了NaOH质量分数和不同乳化剂对高凝稠油乳化效果的影响,并与相分离法的试验结果进行对比,两者具有较好的吻合性。试验结果表明:浊度法作为一种简单而有效的乳液表征方法,可直接用于高凝稠油乳化剂配方的优化。
Due to the complexity of emulsifying process,experimental error is easy to be introduced.In this paper,dynamic turbidimetric method was employed to improve the accuracy of experimental data by emulsifying and sampling repeatedly.The turbidity of diluted sedimentary aqueous phase as a function of stirring time was measured by a visible spectrometry,which directly characterized the emulsification and demulsification process.The linearity between turbidity and volume fraction of dispersed phase(oil phase) was obtained.The variation of turbidity as a function of stirring time was explained theoretically and verified by analyzing the corresponding oil volume fraction.The effects of NaOH mass fraction and emulsifiers on the emulsifying result of heavy waxy crude oil were studied by means of the proposed turbidimetric method.The data were compared with those obtained from phase separation experiment which showed a good agreement.The results indicate that,due to the simplicity and efficiency on the characterization of emulsion,the turbidimetric method can be used directly to optimize emulsifying formulas for heavy waxy crude oil.
