摘要:NOVELTY - Monomer (m1) and monomer (m2) are dissolved in triethyl phosphate, and stirred to obtain monomer mixture. Polyvinylidene fluoride and mixed solvent of monomer mixture and N,N-dimethylacetamide are placed in an oven, to obtain casting precursor solution. The product is cooled, initiator is added, subjected to in-situ reaction, and degassed to obtain casting solution. The solution is scraped on glass plate, and plate is immersed in coagulation bath to obtain nascent film. The film is soaked in deionized water bath and dried, to obtain polyvinylidene fluoride ultrafiltration membrane. USE - In-situ polymerization regulation used in preparation of polyvinylidene fluoride ultrafiltration membrane. ADVANTAGE - The method enables simple and environmentally-friendly in-situ polymerization regulation under mild reaction conditions, and provides hydrophilic polyvinylidene fluoride ultrafiltration membrane without generating porogens having narrow pore size distribution. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Monomer (m1) and monomer (m2) are dissolved in triethyl phosphate and completely dissolved by stirring to obtain monomer mixture. Then, polyvinylidene fluoride and mixed solvent of monomer mixture and N,N-dimethylacetamide are placed in an oven at 50-100 degrees C for 1-15 hours, to obtain casting precursor solution. The resultant product is cooled to room temperature, initiator is added, magnetically stirred for 1-6 hours, subjected to in-situ reaction in an oven at 50-90 degrees C for 1-8 hours, and degassed at room temperature to obtain casting solution. The casting solution is scraped on clean and scratch-free glass plate, and glass plate is immersed in coagulation bath for 3-5 minutes to obtain nascent film. The nascent film is transferred to deionized water bath, soaking for 5-8 days, solvent is removed, and naturally dried in air at room temperature to obtain high-performance polyvinylidene fluoride ultrafiltration membrane. The volume ratio of monomer (m1) and monomer (m2) in the monomer mixture is 5:1-1:5. The amount of polyvinylidene fluoride in casting precursor solution is 10-30 %mass. The mass ratio of triethyl phosphate and N,N-dimethylacetamide in mixed solvent is 10:1-1:10. The mass ratio of initiator and casting precursor solution is 0.001:1-0.1:1.
