摘要:为检测下肢假肢质量,开发了一套基于VC编译器、运动控制器与伺服电缸一体的下肢假肢疲劳测试系统。根据相关国家标准设计了符合要求的加载结构,搭建了电气与控制系统,同时设计了静态匀速加载的闭环算法与实时动态正弦力跟随算法,并完成上位机软件的编制,软件系统包括点动调试与自动回零、参数设置、试验数据输入、实时图像与数据显示、历史数据图显等功能模块。完成对实际假肢试件的测试试验,试验结果证明了该系统测试装置与控制算法的可行性与有效性,可应用于下肢假肢各关节材料性能的测试。
To examine the quality of lower limb prosthesis,a lower limb prosthetic fatigue testing system based on VC compiler,motion controller and servo electric cylinder is developed.According to the relevant national standards,the loading structure and control system is built.the closed-loop algorithm of static constant velocity loading and the real-time dynamic sinusoidal force following algorithm are designed,and the software of the upper computer is compiled.The software system includes jog debugging,automatic zero return,parameter setting,test data input,real-time image,data display,historical data display and other functional modules.The test of the actual prosthetic is completed,and the result proves the feasibility and effectiveness of the test device and the control algorithm of the system,and can be applied to the test of the material properties of the joints of the lower limb prosthesis.
