摘要:应用转矩流变仪分析甘油塑化热塑性淀粉(GTPS)/硅烷化聚乙烯醇(mPVAL)共混材料的转矩流变性能,为高熔体强度淀粉基材料的开发及可生物降解发射药加工代料的研发提供依据。首先使用硅烷偶联剂KH570对聚乙烯醇(PVAL)进行硅烷化改性制得mPVAL,采用转矩流变仪对玉米淀粉、甘油与mPVAL进行熔融共混,制备GTPS/mPVAL共混材料,使用单因素法探究了KH570添加量、mPVAL添加量、混炼转速、混炼温度以及PVAL醇解度对GTPS/mPVAL共混材料转矩流变性能的影响。研究结果表明,使用KH570对PVAL进行硅烷化改性,可以提高GTPS/mPVAL共混材料的熔体黏度,从而改善共混材料的熔体强度,在KH570添加量为PVAL质量的0.6%、PVAL醇解度为98%、mPVAL溶液添加量为玉米淀粉质量的7%、混炼转速为100 r/min及混炼温度为130℃工艺条件下,GTPS/mPVAL共混材料的增黏效果较好,与未加mPVAL时的材料相比,其平衡扭矩提高了57.0%。
The torque rheology properties of glycerol plasticized thermoplastic starch(GTPS)/silylated polyvinyl alcohol(mPVAL)blends were analyzed by applying a torque rheometer,which provided a basis for the development of high melt strength starch based materials and biodegradable propellant processing substitutes.Firstly,polyvinyl alcohol(PVAL)was modified by silylation using silane coupling agent KH570 for preparing mPVAL,and the corn starch,glycerol and mPVAL were melt blended by the torque rheometer to prepare GTPS/mPVAL blend.The effects of KH570 addition,mPVAL addition,mixing speed,mixing temperature and mPVAL alcoholysis degree on the rheological properties of GTPS/mPVAL blends were investigated using a single factor method.The results show that the melt viscosity of GTPS/mPVAL blend can be increased by using KH570 to modify PVAL with silanization,thus improves the melt strength of the blend.Under the process conditions that the addition of KH570 is 0.6%of PVAL mass,the alcoholysis degree of PVAL is 98%,the addition of mPVAL solution is 7%of corn starch mass,the mixing speed is 100 r/min and the mixing temperature is 130℃,the GTPS/mPVAL blend show a better viscosity increase,and its equilibrium torque increases by 57.0%compared with that of the material without the addition of mPVAL.
