摘要：在现行社会管理体制下,流动人口的社会管理和公共服务存在着明显的脱节现象,跨部门、跨地区服务管理体制未能有效理顺。流动人口社会管理与公共服务一体化有助于解决流动人口服务管理中存在的问题,当前应建立起多层次、多主体的服务管理模式,在政策保障、体制保障、信息保障、资金保障等方面加以完善,并进行相应的制度创新。
In today＇s social system,floating population＇s social administration is obviously out of line with public service.Trans-department and trans-regional administration system cannot yet rationalized.Integration of floating population＇s social administration and public service is helpful to solve the problems in floating population＇s service and administration,so it is necessary to build up a mode of multilayered and multiagent service and administration.Perfecting relevant policy and structure,interchanging information ensuring fund and making innovations correspondingly are very important in pushing on integration of floating population＇s social administration and public service.
