摘要：随着城市规模的不断扩张,产生了一系列'城市病'问题,影响城市的高质量发展,也影响城市化的健康可持续发展的进程。要以城镇绿色转型发展推动'城市病'治理。要推动新型城镇化发展,要推动人们生产方式、生活方式的转型,生产方式的绿色化、低碳化,生活方式的城市化、文明化、生态化、低碳化。推动城市发展绿色化,通过优化城市生产、生活、生态空间的布局,建设生态化城市,提高城市生活空间的宜居度,促进城市空间融合发展。转变经济发展方式,多措并举推动城市发展绿色化转型,推动经济绿色低碳循环发展,解决城市化快速发展产生的生态环境问题。新型城镇化建设要贯彻生态文明理念,落实生态优先原则,要加强生态城镇建设,推动城镇绿色低碳发展,建设好生态宜居的美丽城镇。
With the continuous expansion of urban scale,a series of'urban diseases'have emerged,affecting the high-quality development of cities and the healthy and sustainable development of urbanization.We should promote the management of urban diseases with the development of green transformation in cities and towns.To promote the development of new urbanization,we should promote the transformation of people’s production mode and lifestyle,the greening and low-carbon production mode,and the urbanization,civilization,ecology and low-carbon lifestyle.Promote the greening of urban development,through optimizing the layout of urban production,life and ecological space,build an ecological city,improve the livability of urban living space,and promote the integration of urban space development.We should change the mode of economic development,take various measures to promote the green transformation of urban development,promote the green and low-carbon cycle of economic development,and solve the ecological environment problems arising from the rapid development of urbanization.The construction of new urbanization should carry out the concept of ecological civilization,implement the principle of ecological priority,strengthen the construction of ecological towns,promote the green and low-carbon development of cities and towns,and build a beautiful ecological and livable town.
