摘要:Due to changeable market price and flexible feed resources, the feed changeover for cracking furnace occurs frequently. The integration of scheduling and operation optimization is a promising way to further improve the performance of cracking furnaces system. Motivated by the above situations, a novel integrated cyclic scheduling and operation optimization for cracking furnaces system considering feed changeover is proposed to meet this challenge. This integrated problem is a Mixed-Integer Dynamic Optimization (MIDO) problem. Discretized by the Orthogonal Collocation on Finite Elements (OCFE), the MIDO problem is converted into a large scale Mixed Integer Non Linear Programming (MINLP) problem. A case study is used to demonstrate the efficacy of the developed integrated model.
