摘要：在分析橡胶硫化机理的基础上,阐述了胶料硫化的控制方法、微机控制系统的组成、硬件配置和软件设计。实践表明,采用微机控制橡胶制品的硫化过程,能保证产品质量、提高经济效益。
Based on the analysis of the theory of vulcanization, the control of rubber vulcanization, the construction of microcomputer control system, hardware and software design were described. Test showed that product quality is ensured and better economic benefit is obtained by using microcomputer control system.
