摘要:以甲醇为唯一碳源,对生丝微菌TH205进行培养,研究了甲醇流加速度、Fe2+浓度对细胞生长及吡咯喹啉醌(PQQ)表达量的影响。结果表明:培养基中添加浓度为7μg/mL的Fe2+,并控制甲醇的流加速度使培养基中甲醇浓度为1mL/L时,细胞的生长情况较好,且此时PQQ的发酵产量为26.6μg/mL。
In fermentation experiments with feeding Hyphomicrobium TH205 using methanol as single carbon source the effects of feeding of methanol and adding of Fe^(2+) to the basal medium on the production of PQQ were investigated. Results showed that when 7 μg/mL of Fe^(2+) was added, and the residual concentration of methanol was controlled at 1 mL/L in broth by controlling during the cultivation, the production of PQQ reached 26.6 μg/mL.
