摘要:分析了采用双最小换热温差合成换热网络的原理。此原理允许能量穿越伪Pinch点进行冷热流股匹配而不会招致外供能量的增加,因而可以把网络作为一个整体进行合成,从而可减少换热单元个数和避免不必要的分流,使得合成后的网络更加简洁和年操作费用下降。在此基础上,本文提出了一种设计价格最优换热网络的计算机自动合成方法,能对工业规模的换热网络进行自动合成。
The synthesis of heat exchanger networks using theprinciple of dual approach temper- atures has been investigated in this paper. According to this principle the excess energy ispermitted to cut across the psuedo pinch point during synthesis without leading to increasein the snpply of external energy.Therefore it is not necessary to divide a pinched task atpinckes into threshold subtasks,and this will reduce the number of heat exchanger unitsand stream splits,making the synthesized networks simpler and cheaper. Based on the above mentioned principle,an automatic computer algorithm is presentedby the authors;it can be applied to synthesize heat exchanger networks of industrial scale. The examples show that the networks synthisized by using the autbors’method are sim-pler and cheaper than the networks synthisized with pinch design method,and the annualcosts of networks are very close to the cost targets.
